I had shipment of my educational certificate from IOSH UK, shipment was sent through Royal mail to Emirates post. and once it is arrived to Emirates post, the certificate was sent back stating incomplete address. which is very disappointing . similarly ordinary post sent by India to my address all returned saying this person unavailable. I am living in Mussaffah last 13 years all other courier delivery arriving properly on my address without any hassle except emirates post. this poor service and lack of commitment by concerned demonstrates Emirates post required huge structural and technical/functional changes . completely disappointed by these type of service.

Went here for getting a "INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT".The staffs were polite and the service was quick. This place accept both card and cash. It was less busy when I visited.

Shipping service is Overpriced in comparing to to the low quality service, the application interface is useless as there is a hidden charges , you never deliver the shipment on the pre scheduled time and date so what is the use to ask users when you want to receive the shipment , you cut vat on the the imported shipment value in addition to shipping charges while you are only courier i didnt buy the orders from EP , even if i gonna rent PObox you will keep charging me on each shipment and i have to come to your office to collect the shipment and waiting like other ppl otherwise i have to pay extra 30 aed to deliver the shipment to my place or annual fees xtra to box rent!!! Other courier companies have more money saving options

Very quick efficient postal services. I just went to collect my Emirates ID they have a token system following COVID protocols very quick in terms of service.

Excellent customer service. Polite and helpful staff. Never busy so no waiting in long queues. Large parking area outside the post office. Near to banks ADCB, Union Bank and FAB. Nice clean area. Lovely view of the Masjid

I pay the electricity and water some time mobile bills etc from here..and my work is done very quickly ..

Very long queue and very bad service
Disappointed
No waiting area and only you have to stand in the queue for one hour to get someone to answer your questions

Disorganized
No sanitization
No disinfectant
This so potential place in catching any virus and spreading it

Paid around 140 AED for a document to be sent to India under express service. No tracking update and i was told it will take 8 working days to deliver the package. Whereas other service providers able to deliver the same much more quicker for same price.
