the Abu dhabi branch has been closed Already which is not a good Sign for NBF Customers. Even you must have to Consider to open any branch in the Abu dhabi City on urgent basis .as we are facing big Problems to visit the Mussafah Branch which is Very far from the main Abu dhabi city. instead of this the other option for us will be to Join the other Banks.

If you are not visiting the branch and banking only with ATM and net banking then the services are good. If you visit the branch for any service, even if for Liability letter, you can expect the document after 10 days (Normally it will take 3 days for other banks) and you have to visit the branch more than two time to remind the customer relation agent regarding your request. As per them it is the requisites responsibility to remind the agent regarding there pending works.
Even though the charge deduction service working fine there is no delay.

Worst bank ever , costumer service is miserable , very rude and tuff with the customers , they never pick up any call , they even didn’t update the timing on google during Ramadan , I called to confirm the timings and no one picked up , I went three times and it was closed , the security is very rude and closed the door in my face while am talking to him , very bad experience actually I don’t recommend any one to join

IAM MIDHUNRAJ CP,WORKING AS A STAFF IN LLH MUSAFFAH.FROM MY HOSPITAL FOR OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT SUBMITTED ALL FORMS ON DECEMBER.AFTER THAT NO RESPONSE FROM BANK (MUSAFFAH BRANCH).AGAIN SUBMITTED NEW FORMS.STILL NOT OPEN ACCONT TILL 12/02/2018.
