Metro cars shame on you! Using priver residential parking without a permission and Blocking people from using what they are paying for every month! Shame on you! I will definitely not use this company!

Not impressed Im afraid:
-I booked a cab for a certain time,
-didnt mention the number of people travelling, was quoted £11.50
-they sent a bigger car, van type of car
-5 of us got in that van since there was enough space for 5 or 6 people. But the important part is that all 5 of us didnt NEED to be in that cab, my husband was following us with an empty car, so some of us could have gone with my husband if we knew we were going to be charged extra
-arrived at our destination and was charged £17.50 on my card instead of the £11.50 quoted on the phone
-when I asked the reason I was told its because 5 of us travelled and so theres an extra charge. I explained that I didnt request a big car, they are the ones who sent it and no one mentioned that extra charge for 5 people.
After speaking to the manager a couple of times on the phone and in person, the manager refused to refund the extra charge. Sadly they have lost a loyal customer. Really poor service. I do not recommend

We pre booked a taxi by telephone, however it turned up 20 minutes late. Also they told us over the telephone we could pay by card, however we got into the cab and the driver insisted he would only accept payment in CASH to avoid paying "commission costs". He dropped us off at a cash point to make us withdraw cash for him, when we were already running 20 minutes late. Do not recommend. User uber instead. 1 star

I used Metro Cars in Crawley to go from my hotel to the Hawth Theatre and back. I was kept up to date the whole time of where the taxi was when it was on its way, the name of the driver, the make and model of car and the registration. I also got a text as soon as they arrived. The6 were very reliable and I would definitely use them again.

We called 9pm on a Friday night, asked for a taxi for my two old grandparents. Was told 30 mins, 1.5 later… we got one that was passing by in the end as they were freezing. Really disappointed. Control room supervisor told me “sorry that’s just how it works when bigger jobs come in”. Wouldn’t recommend.

Oh dear. Big thumbs down. They left me stranded on a cold dark rainy night. The driver did not know where the Hendy Ford Transit dealer was at Manor Royal. Waited one hour, then had a 30 minute walk into Crawley to get a proper Taxi from the Taxi Rank. Lesson learned avoid minicabs, always get a real Taxi

Awful. Was 45 minutes late for a booking that was made in advance so I was left standing in the cold at midnight. Called the office and every time they said 10 minutes and made up various untrue excuses. Worst taxi company I have ever used so will never be using again and I’d strongly recommend that no one else uses them.

I actually hate this company. Booked a cab 20 mins later they tell me the driver is 5 mins away I call again and they say thesame thing initially they said 5-10 mins . I waited over 30 minutes for nothing because I cancelled at that point what a total waste of my time.
Also I have the unfortunate luck of having to book this company only fpr them to tell me that its time and a half because it Ramadan. So basically customers are forced to pay more for a month because others are fasting.
I don't mean to sound insensitive but how OUTRAGEOUS! If it was a day or 2 fair enough but a month for a religion that isn't mine has made me decide that I'll never use metro again not even in a life or death situation!!!
Stop forcing your customers to embrace others religions if Muslim drivers don't want to work during Ramadan hire drivers who will are non Muslim and will work its bloody simple.
