Best of the best. Everything is perfect! First Class to Paris is heaven! Always be and always will the most favorite airlines of me. The cabin, lounge, aircraft superb experience. Staff are well trained, very friendly and super helpful. Love!

Experience luxury, a la carte menu and outstanding services. I have been here about dozen of time. The old place is better, but still maintaining a same standard. Looking forward for the grand opening of the new airport and the new lounge.

I hope the lounge in the new airport will make up for this miserable experience. Booking first class in etihad and flying out of Abu Dhabi should be an exceptional experience but sadly was not. The lounge was dark, Spa out of service, golf carts out of service, Air Con was not working. we were lucky that the airport was not busy or I am sure that would have been worse

Fantastic lounge experience. One of the best in the world. Showers are phenomenal and spacious. Massage therapists really know how to prepare you for a long haul flight. A la carte menu is well thought and and extremely well made. Even the breakfast menu which can be bland in other lounges is exquisite here. Staff are helpful and the attention to detail is extremely high. Virgin Velocity platinum members can enter and bring a guest. They are also entitled to a free 15 minute massage.

Used this lounge in November 2018. It's very quiet. As is expected of a first class lounge, there is the possibility of a la carte dining 24/7. Due to our 2am departure time we were not very hungry and ordered something light which did taste very good as it was freshly made.
Spa:
As a first class passenger, one is entitled to a 15-minute treatment/massage. I used the massage. It wasn't bad, but massages done through your clothes aren't very effective. In that case I much prefer the sensational massage chairs some other airlines offer.
But what may be lacking in the lounge, Etihad more than makes up for it in the first class apartments on the A380. Sensational!

Exclusive use lounge in Abu Dhabi Airport . Food and service is fantastic for guests that have access to this lounge. Lounge contains amenities including showers, a spa and great restaurant and bar facilities. The spa services are an extra charge.

Beautiful quiet lounge with a cigar bar, spa, fitness lounge, smoking room, kids room, 2 bars and many quiet areas.

Outstanding lounge, food is fresh and service very good. Like the view and the coffee. Huge area to relax and enjoy your time
