Pathetic customer service at Etisalat Head Office Business Centre. The queue display shows the no. and message that please proceed to meeting point. But no meeting point specified. At least 20 people are waiting but looks like only one person attending. At least in Etisalat better efficiency was expected. No idea how many people are in front of me and how much have I to wait!
