I went to the fourth floor Commercial & Government subscription Department. I saw a lot of customers waiting. No Q Machine, you have to register your name with staff and wait until your name get called. You have to ask the staff what to do when you arrive there, no clear instructions. I like Etisalat, I’m rating them 2 stars because they still use the manual way of doing business and lot of papers to sign, the process is very slow each customer take an average of 15 to 25 mins to subscribe. They are positing themselves as Technology provider and I didn’t see any Technology involved in the process.

I would recommend switching to Du. The service is good, but the packages are quite expensive and not rewarding for long time customer. I got seven business lines. Never had a discount or offer. Other than points getting served faster as a gold customer. Yet, their Loyalty program offer me zero beniifts. If you want to break any contract.. Think twice.

Honestly the worst company that I ever see. I definitely don't recommend to join especially if you are business owner. They don't care at all for the customers. The only customer service is a third part company available only in call center and they don't care anyway. The "business centre" is just funny because actually they can't help you there the ask you to call only.

At entry the staff ( i don't want to give name) provided me wrong information, wasted 35 mins on 4th floor for changing plan from postpaid to prepaid after knowing from 4th floor staff, i moved to 1st floor.
On 1st floor i was waiting for my no.
Prior information from same guy that waiting time 1hr.

Another 1 hr wasted when I went to drink water from 1st floor to ground floor when they called the token no. And I was not present, so after so many requests also they asked me to take new token which was another 1 hr waiting.

Thes Etisalat staff need to respect the customers whoever visiting their office. They need More Training on behavior with the customers.
They seems to be in hurry so they miss to provide full and proper information.
Instead of making things simple they have made it more difficult
No seat for sitting
When you have waiting for 1 hr.

Etisalat Need improvement,
What happened, before it was not like this.

The staff is so cooperative and mostly professionals, but the waiting is so much. You could waste half a day to only get one sim card!!
More organizing is required.

Worst experience too much waiting. Take 4 hour to get 1 sim card for company. I wasted my full day. Really worst
