Tim hortons was horrible , I ordered spAnish latte but they give me other flavour, staffs are not trained well , they don’t know how to assess a costumers, they don’t know how to smile , attitude people are there . Tim hortons should teach them how to be good to costumers and focus what people are ordering .

I had a Caramel Macchiato and a doughnut.Macchiato was not that great and the doughnut was too sweet

I ordered an Americano. The coffee was light almost tasted like hot water, please teach your staff how to make a proper cup of coffee.
When I asked for the coffee to be made right I was asked if I want an extra shot and if I wanted an extra shot I needed to pay for it.
Customer service or a rip off!? All what they had to do is put less water and the taste would be right!
If you ever visit this place don’t order an americano, they don’t know how to make it
