Poor customer management only two executive to attend customers and token system is idiotic once it shows 5 people before you and after half hour it shows 9 people ahead you and mentioned as “may change according to priority” they haven’t realised time is priority ????????u200d♂️

Worst customer service with arrogant staffs, named mohammed ahmed selim he was so rude etisalat should check on their staffs here. they are treating customers very bad. Shouting on their customers. Who is opting and paying for their services theyre acting like theyre doing a charity or favor. Etisalat management must put a customer complaint feedback box there to see whats happening. If i had an option for another business services in al ain i never go this center. Animals were treated better than this. just for business sim replacement u have to wait for 5 days. whats the meaning of business sim then

If you go for your own sim related issue they are cooperative but for business enterprises there process is too long and complicated

They asked for hard copies of my documents (which was not specified to me when i called), also who needs hard copies anymore this is 2023!!!! They don’t have a printer, so i had to go out and search for a printer in industrial area which was very inconvenient!
