Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff. Booked my car online. It was ready for us when we arrived. The car was in excellent condition and fully fuelled. We had it for a week with no issues. The returning of the car was straightforward, quick, and easy.

Been their customer for the past 10 years and regularly use Europcar in Europe. Have priveledge number and app of them. In this branch Expect the slowest service ever even if you are returning the car at your reserved booking time and date. The staff can’t find reservation in the system, will ask you to know your vehicle number and will spend 30 minutes on the phone with other branch trying to figure out how to charge you.... so much to learn in efficiency of dealing with customers from the European franchise colleagues! Breath in breath out have coffee and a sandwich from a supermarket next to and don’t expect to finish or go down to hand over your car till 30-40 minutes after. Horrible service. Airport branch is much more efficient with the turnaround timing. So no recommend.

Booked online in advance. 5 mins to complete paperwork and collect keys. Quick and simple service. Car was new, clean and in excellent condition.
