Best parking location for the VOX cinema, Virgin Mega Store and Food court among other places. Been parking here for like 7 years now and it does not disappoint. The car wash guys and great and there is valet parking in here as well. Don’t let the cinema name fool you because from the ground flood parking you travel up 3 stories and pass by many other stores and shops. It is a central place to park if you want to get to most of the popular places in the mall. I’ll be back to this parking lot again and again. Highly recommend.

Everything in Yas Mall is well though and in the best way posible have nothing to say just amazing love yas mall parking and so easy to get help if you loat your car in the parking

Complicated.Not user friendly.if you want to go from cenima parking to Carrefour parking you have to drive more than 5 kilometres.Buying anything from Carrefour long distance required to get your car if not parked special paid parking.

This is the second time I met Becky in the surgery. My conclusion is Becky is impressively helpful, incredibly professional, astonishingly informative and she went the extra mile to assist me. She has such a positive and friendly demeanor. My husband and I wish there are more of Becky around to attend to our needs. She is the shining example for anyone to aspire to. She is a great asset to Ballater Surgery.

I can't believe I actually have a functioning GP

For perspective I have a selection of things wrong with me and while none are particularly serious, they can all play into each other and makes things worse.

This GP has always taken me seriously and listened to my concerns, which is always a worry especially where I'm quite young.

Most importantly for me though, I'm trans and I was very worried about going to my GP for a referral, but they handled it very professionally and sent off a referral to a GIC in no time at all with no need for pressure on my end, which seems to be quite uncommon.

I also have gone for mental health assessments for learning disabilities which have once again been taken seriously and not just brushed off.

Also, with the GP alliance I'm able to get blood tests same day!! I've also managed to get acute antibiotics same day when I've needed them which was practically impossible at my old GP, and my regular medications get approved in a day or less every time.

I feel like they're the one last good GP out there, I appreciate all the staff working there and I hope to never leave their catchment area!

Had cystitis on and offer for year. In end sent sample came back severe urine infection. Nothing from doctors. Week later 40 temperature. Ambulance called in hospital a week on intravino
us anti biotic. My husband broke his back on holiday in Scotland. No follow up. Vets would have been better.

Incredibly impressed with this practice, receptionists are so helpful and kind, and the doctors approachable and knowledgeable. I was able to get urgent assistance for my little one this morning and within 1h of calling the surgery Dr Bart Tyszka was in touch with me to discuss symptoms- he was kind and helpful, extremely efficient service, thanks so much!

I have been a patient for approximately 44 years, I am now seriously considering changing to a different surgery as I have had several issues with staff here. A couple of the GPs are very knowledgeable and caring, Dr. Baloch is thorough and kind however with reception and on occasion the prescriptions clerk (No name on email) I have found their rudeness and reluctance to listen, engage and assist truly staggering. They lack empathy and understanding and repeat themselves constantly even when you have followed protocol and raise an issue that you have tried to address yourself. Today I was denied an urgent appointment with a Dr to discuss access to emergency medication. I had already emailed the prescriptions clerk but there were complications with my request that required GP intervention. Despite me explaining this I was instead questioned about the poor timing of my request and was turned away. I tried to explain that I am usually prescribed two months of meds but last time only one and I hadn’t thought to check this at the time due to poor functioning when being mentally unwell. I’m not embarrassed by this but I shouldn’t have to explain my situation, why this part of the conversation was necessary I do not know, my explanation certainly didn’t appeal to her better nature.

Hopefully the prescriptions clerk will be able be liaise with a Dr on my behalf because I predict I will decline fairly rapidly going cold turkey!

Full Credit to Becky on the reception. All of the receptionists are lovely, but Becky goes above and beyond…. She is the best!! Give the woman a pay rise ;-)

I moved to the area and registered with this surgery. I found it to be a clean practice and the reception staff very helpful. I had a Dr's appt and was able to get that with relative ease. I felt the Dr was very good too.

Overall, pretty good.

Avoid using Ballater surgery! Receptionist very unprofessional and don’t care about your problem!
Impossible to get an appointment or blood test done. My son almost has lost his hearing bc of this unprofessional dr
