We always drop by everytime we are in Yas Mall.Spacious, clean and has a variety of rides and games. Compared to Fun City in Abu Dhabi Mall,they are much bigger and have more rides for bigger kids and grown ups.For smaller kids, they have this big play area.We haven't tried the AirPark but it looks fun for kids too.Staffs are courteous and when we had an incident that one of the games did not start, they assisted us right away.
More often than not, we are able to catch something in their claw machines, too.

Absolutely great Play Park for kids… A little far away from Abudhabi city but worth every mile driven.. My son loved the rides & the pricing was much better compared to other similar parks in Abudhabi….. The Ambience of Yas Mall is always Great… 5 Plays for 50 AED which includes all big rides is wayyyy cheaper compared to other parks in Abudhabi… Rides are new and unique specially the rollercoaster, drop tower and 360 degrees Airplane ride… welldone and must visit….

We just attended a party of our friend's daughter in Party Works today.

Overall there's a lot of improvement when it comes to their party hall. First is their preparation. When we arrived at the venue, the decoration for my friend's party is not yet ready.

The party hall is not well air conditioned. Since the other guests already arrived, it is expected that it will be hot inside.
There is no mic available that we can use. There was a technical issue so we finished the party without a mic.
Staff were also not assisting the parents well.

We hope that they can improve this part of their service so we can still recommend this place for future party venue.

Good place to go with kid but has lost some of its charm and feels it needs a better maintenance.
Some rides were requiring maintenance.
New arcade games are required as too many repetitive games.
Lastly ball game where you insert ball in a given time to generate tickets was bad as they have reduce the number of balls so much the even my 4 year old kid was waiting for 10 sec and no ball fell and felt like a shortchanged. It use to be his favorite game but he didnt like it this time.

The Air Park: Simply amazing. The staff are so professional and they keep monitoring the children. The kids loved the many different slides and jumps. Highly recommended and totally worth the price we paid.

I am writing this message as a complain on the lack of taking the necessary measures on health and safety of kids in yas Mall Funworks. My daughter yesterday was injured in the big play works area from the glass door in the entrance of the play area.

This is extreme negligence towards the children safety. You are promoting for customer loyalty and memberships and when we pay for the. Same , this is what we get in return.?

I’ve been advised by Alan Night shift manager that she would check the matter but what about other malls ? Is fun works safe at all ?? Do you wait for an incident to happen and then you respond? If you would respond at all ??
