Dear team,

I experience a very bad approach from women’s secret galleria mall Abu Dhabi branch.

I went inside to check an item and I just went out outside for a bit to get something and when I came back the Egyptian sales lady ask us don’t go in and come out again an again. This is not the right to treat customers!! I am very disappointed and will never ever try to go to this store!! This is very unacceptable. They should not treat customers like that!

This should be considered to check I went to store today 12 March around 10 :30 AM UAE Local time.

In February 2018 I bought 2 full complect pyjamas in your store which is located in Marina mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Seller in your store gave me change damage banknot 200 aed. I didn't note at that time then I have to come to return this money. But after this my adventures is not finished. After one washing I saw low quality of your things, the overlock seams were missing and fabric started to break. In result I did not enjoy shopping and wearing also. What's happened with your quality? Why u offered this things to your permanent buyers?

Staff is very unwelcoming and they don't smile. They're always mean and angry. Made me super uncomfortable. Won't be coming to this branch again.
