Footlickers (Al Shaya group) ... the most untrustworthy online portal... please do not get stranded with their online purchases... surpringly & shockingly they do not have a return policy... all items bought through their online portal has to be compromised and accepted by the client immaterial of the quality and their condition... if a customer is unsatisfied with the quality, they do not bother about the customer's opinion, the customer is forced to accept the product as they do not have a return policy on online purchases (Confirmed by the customer service executive on the 31st May telephonic conversation)... this is unfair and unethical for an online portal services ... please avoid using this portal because as a customer once you purchase an item you're stuck with it even if you're not happy with what you get...
