Amazing collection of Ladies Garments here. I must say that Ladies can get there Jeggings to Leggings, From Jeans to Trousers, From Night wear to Party Wear, Everything is available here. So please All ladies must go there and have some of the Finest collection for them.

Not even wanted to give a star????????
Bought a pair of boxers and after 1 time of use the stitching starts to came out..
Returned the same to the store and they collected them for quality check and informed me I’ll get an update after 5 days..
Now it’s been 2 weeks after they’ve collected the item and I didn’t get a single follow up on the same and the craziest part is they don’t even have a customer service number for the offline store????.. and it seems I need to get there directly to follow up wasting my time and money????????u200d♂️

I appreciate all the team I bought something and next one item I exchanged and one item I had to refund they refund the money. And he is great staff.

Not suitable for crowd had to wait a long time for purchasing a single item and same goes for the trial rooms and also while purchasing the cashier gave a happiness rating thing and I put 6 and he gave it back and he’s like not red. Shouldn’t it be my decision?

Worst experience witnessed in Splash Al Wahda mall today afternoon. One cash counter was the only one open but we waited 12 minutes patiently, precisely as the Arab origin sales girl was entertaining her ( sister look like ) customer for all those time. I approached another sales lady who was Filipina who replied me pretty much rudely that she is counting money hence it will take time. Again I waited patiently for next 5 minutes and still they were busy with casual talks. I’m sure that if I was an Arab origin they would never do this to me and my family. I’ve never expected this from Splash brand. All the cloths and stuffs were dropped off there and along with my family we left the shop with zero purchase. Customer service training required to promote sales person in your firm. I’m from an American brand and knows the values of customer service. Time to learn mates !!!
