During my recent visit to Starbucks, I noticed that the service was a little slower than usual and there were only a limited number of seats available. The staff were friendly, but seemed to be struggling to keep up with the high demand for coffee and snacks. I believe that an expansion of the space, along with the addition of more comfortable chairs, would greatly enhance the customer experience. This would not only provide more seating options but also create a more relaxed atmosphere for customers to enjoy their coffee and spend time at the café.

Today visit mu fvt coffe shop at Al Wahda mall Abu dhabi Love it me Always Like my fvt coffe shop Their quality is very good ❤️ It is a good place to spend time wallah Coffee comes alive in the body like The staff is very nice and courteous They take money for things, they also give good things ✨❤️

I really love to spend my time in alwhada Starbucks entrance every time , all staff are so friendly and you really feel there happiness for what they are doing , and I want to say thank you to Fatima who always making my day with her big and warming smile and to her team Joel and Patel who always giving me the best coffe with there friendly smile! I am a regular customer to this outlet I come almost daily to get
my coffee all the staff are charming professional patient and very knowledgeable Miss Fatma the barista very friendly and get very well with my daughter I encourage everyone to spend time in this outlet

I just recently visited the Ground floor SB store, I was going their regularly, the staff and transaction was always smooth , but this evening it was Terrible . An Female African Staff was totally unapproachable and her interaction is not Professional . I always using my Advantage Card during my purchase, I know that this Branch is not swipeable and they need to do it Manually. Imagine she inform me that she DONT know how to use it, and she call her colleague to read it manual to her, while shes putting it to POS one hand of her is kneeling to the Food Displayer. With her movement and body posture it seems like shes not ready to Serve.
With her attitude ,I took my Cards and moved to the other floor (extension).
And surprisingly staff there was far away more approachable than what this Staff treated me.

With her unprofessional way of work, it will reflect to the company’s profile and business standards.

Very friendly and nice treatment towards people. Warm welcomes and everything was absolutely wonderful, the manager fatima does an amazing job dealing with the costumers, keep up the good work!

Doctor was good when able to see him. Waited ages for a call then missed it due to work and had to call back as not online. Informed surgery I had no internet access, they asked me to send photos How? Had to call again, hours calling!

Prescribed someone 4 weeks of medication for declining mental health and never followed up with the patient, it's now been 11 weeks since. I have been in a call queue for 90 minutes and counting. The automated message repeats that you can save time by using askmygp services online "at any time", but when you go on this page it says they are unavailable for online requests. The reviews on their website are terrible & so are the Google reviews so no idea why anyone is a patient here! Will definitely be helping the person switch over.

Customer service is absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. Every time I have to call this surgery I have to mentally prepare myself for being talked to like I’m worthless. Every time you will get so much attitude for absolutely no reason. One time I’ve waited 45 minutes on the line with reception to be told with huge attitude to go on the my go website and out my query through the site, which was closed in 5 minutes without giving me any resolution! Waste of time talking to you. I don’t even know how you are still open. Disgusting!!!

Doctors fine but I do object to being number 25 in a call queue at 3pm in the afternoon, the recorded message advising they are short of staff, and having to wait in that queue for an hour to make an appointment as advised by a doctor at the practice a few days earlier. This is simply not good enough and given the resources being thrown at the NHS it just goes to show that money is not the answer.

They should be disgraced of themselves. No support from the call handlers. Do they need further training as I don't think the merge should have happened in the first place. Waste of money and resources. Close this surgery and retrain the staff.

Recently booked an appointment for my son, turned up on the day having taken the day off work. The practice looked to be closed, then as I was about to call the practice a patient came out of the door, who told me to go around the car park - there are no signs on the doors to say this. After going the door at the rear or the car park, I find out that after being told to wait outside for 10 minutes that there is no appointment and they have no record of it being booked. I waited almost 40 minutes to get through to book it and the incompetent receptionist didn't bother to book it. And this isn't the first time. When I told the receptionist to book my 3 year old son in for another appointment he told me he couldn't and I have to call a different number to the practice number. So I called the number and I'm number 35 in the queue, almost an hour later I managed to book another appointment- I'll find out soon if its been booked or not. If you live nearby and are fortunate enough to never need to visit a GP then you'll be OK here. Otherwise look elsewhere

Was booked in for an appointment only to arrive and be told it was over the phone, and they might not even call me at all- even though my confirmation gave me a specific time and place to be.
Whoever decided this merge was a good idea needs looking at.
