Nice community and amenities, with easy access to shams boutik mall and Burjeel day surgery, but that is all. Windows don’t open. No balconies. If you have 2 cars most allocations are one car behind the other so you have to move one to get the other out which is crazy! And worst of all is the lifts. How can a building so big only have 3 elevators serving each floor? It can take 20-30 mins to get down during school/office timings. Creates so much stress. You often have to go up to come down and even then the lifts going up are getting fuller. Do not recommend if you hate waiting or if you have a young family. Lots of better options in same price bracket.

If you do decide to stay here try and get direct from Provis and ensure your maintenance company is Khidmah. Too many private landlords here trying to do things on the cheap.

Based on reviews of people and design of flats which not allows you to open window or dry your clothes on the balcony and very old and boring style of apartment , bridges and shams is way better even though they aren’t beautiful landmark but modern buildings

1. Unique structure is visible from the main island.
2. Security personnel were very accommodating & friendly.
3. Multiple lifts serving lower & higher floors.
4. Excellent initiative by PROVIS Facilities Management for their community cats policy & feeding stations with guidelines.

very wonderful place to living.
I stayed for 3 nights at my friend's home of this tower.
here is best place for living and touring base camp.

An architectural marvel with gym, swimming pool that looks more like lake, basket ball court, kids play and multiple socialization area for the residents.

Gate tower 1 appartment 2415 huge problem for sweage and water leaks. Whole appartment smells like sewage.

Please do your research before renting and buying it

Nice place for small size party. Heating was not working though i think few fan heater can resolve that problem. It good. Have plenty of parking arround.

I go there for a free covid test. Service is quick, friendly, and very efficient. Go there 3 times a week as a work in other people's properties.
