Nice community and amenities, with easy access to shams boutik mall and Burjeel day surgery, but that is all. Windows don’t open. No balconies. If you have 2 cars most allocations are one car behind the other so you have to move one to get the other out which is crazy! And worst of all is the lifts. How can a building so big only have 3 elevators serving each floor? It can take 20-30 mins to get down during school/office timings. Creates so much stress. You often have to go up to come down and even then the lifts going up are getting fuller. Do not recommend if you hate waiting or if you have a young family. Lots of better options in same price bracket.

If you do decide to stay here try and get direct from Provis and ensure your maintenance company is Khidmah. Too many private landlords here trying to do things on the cheap.

When it comes to cleanliness, the apartment management seems doesn't care. Garbage compartment and lift for tenants is the way too dirty and smells so bad. No one taking care of that.

And also there is maintenance issue about a big leakage in our unit. Already taking this issue to management, but no one cares. Engineer just came and do nothing. Dissapointed.

Residential buildings of a modern, unique architecture.
Swimming pool, gym, football & basketball field, garden, are all located on the 5th floor but you need an appointment with the manager to visit.

The gate tower is very beautiful to watch and is also famous in Reem Island, there is every kind of market inside, wifi is free, there is a very big parking system.

This apartment is good from outside only, water leakage, bed smell from basement parking, lift and bathroom and strange fall concrete noise on the higher floor at midnight. Apartment is too pricey for all problems they had. And don't expect for safe deposit return, it won't happen!

-The lift issue.
-The weird security rules when it comes to removing things from the apartment or letting the cleaners in (they manage to make your life harder).
-The Maintenance is bad, AC cleaning is terrible.
-The Infestation of bugs and roaches.

Lift always full all time, dirty lift, dirty aisle (rarely see someone to clean the aisle, every floor is just cleaned every two weeks or even more). Bed smell at the bathroom almost all time, perhaps due to bad drainage.

Attended today's fund-raising coffee morning @Street Level. Great fun and a huge selection of cakes on offer. My 2 year old granddaughter loved it!
Great facilities available for young people
