If you do decide to stay here try and get direct from Provis and ensure your maintenance company is Khidmah. Too many private landlords here trying to do things on the cheap.

And also there is maintenance issue about a big leakage in our unit. Already taking this issue to management, but no one cares. Engineer just came and do nothing. Dissapointed.

Swimming pool, gym, football & basketball field, garden, are all located on the 5th floor but you need an appointment with the manager to visit.

-The weird security rules when it comes to removing things from the apartment or letting the cleaners in (they manage to make your life harder).
-The Maintenance is bad, AC cleaning is terrible.
-The Infestation of bugs and roaches.
