Horrible experience. Almost paid the wrong amount as the cashier didn’t know what she was doing. It is 2 for 199 and she started charging the regular price. Instead of checking the system she advice and insisted it is not the price. Had to complain to get the correct price. Apparently i know better as she was really charging me the wrong price, not putting the correct code. I was not only buying two items but 4. I feel bad that it is only the pregnant cashier (seen here before as an existing staff) that knows the job. Should i stop buying in gosport AD mall when the cashier goes on Maternity leave?!. I have been a regular customer with them but today was just horrible. new faces new staff with zero knowledge.

I went there to purchase new running shoes last week and was helped by Christian. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, guiding me to select the shoes most appropriate to suite my running needs and my form. I was impressed by his knowledge of the Asics brand and his keenness to help me. He is surely an asset to your team, thank you!

Prices for items displayed are reasonable. They have items that varies from addidas to Nike. Anything you nerd is there. For swimming, running, etc. Good staff and helpful.

The staff should have more culture and education about sports. I went there to buy some shorts and when I wanted to try them on, the maid took me to the men's fitting room to try them on. Just because I have some muscles. I wonder if she takes fat, muscleless men next to women too. Maybe she needs a sports course to work in the store to be more cultured. Or maybe the store needs better staff.

The team there is very helpful
Unfortunately the stock availability is not great and often we get directed to other branches
Prices are higher than other shops a little
