Very bad service and management ???????? I don’t recommend at all and it’s over priced. Very rude manager her name “ Khoulod “ she’s not helping her staff and only shouting on them ???? and when I told her help me since the store was crowded and she was free only standing she told me no wait!!! ????????????

Asked for size small and they said they didnt have, so i asked to try the one on the mannequin since its the only one in the size that i need and they told they cant take it down because the manager said so, even though i told them that i dont live in the city and its not easy for me to come again just to try the dress to see if it fits or not... Ridiculous.

Overall i realy like Riva & the quality of the clothes but unfortunatly prices in store more expensive than online . And the online site is very slow and most of the te gives error .
