Booked two taxis in advance over a bank holiday weekend both turned up on time, drivers were helpful, polite and friendly and costs were transparent and good value

Not impressed! Booked a taxi earlier in the week for Friday and Saturday night was quoted £30 per night. Friday night taxi turned up on time, the driver asked if I was quoted a price when I booked, i told him yes £30 and he asked someone else who said it would be more £40. However, the driver said as you were quoted £30 I’ll charge you £30. Then come Saturday no show of the taxi (even tho it was booked) so I phoned the taxi company the man who answered replied “ oh I know your booking, you only paid £30 when it was meant to be £40 last night, so that’s why we haven’t turned up” without telling me they cancelled my taxi! So 3:30am me (22 year old female) and my partner (21 year old male) was left in Pembroke 10 miles from home because I paid my quoted price!!

Brilliant! Can't say how good this taxi firm is. The ervice, is outstanding..They LOOK AFTER you, not just take you from A 2 B. These people CARE for you.

I used to use these guys all the time but wait time is terrible even for taxis I'd booked just rang because im stuck with my shopping and the guy who answered the phone was so rude I've cancelled my taxi I'd rather stand in the rain!

Excellent service. I was picked up from the station within 5mins of the requested time by a charming lady who was both and professional. Recommend these guys.
