Unfortunately, the lowest review that can be possibly given is 1 star, but I wish I could give 0 star for such a store. Where can we begin?

1. Customer Service: HORRIBLE, the store manager AND employees are both disrespectful and rude to the customers. We were ignored and treated rudely when we made a complain about how we were not informed about our customer rights. We bought a water bottle from the store, and minutes later we decided to return it (as it was a birthday gift for a friend who told us he already owned one). We were ignored because we were not adults, which goes to show how miserable the customer service is.

2. Customer Rights: We were told that we cannot refund the product AFTER we bought it. It was written on the receipt! So, logically, we are not able to know about our customer rights and return policies AFTER we buy a product. There is no paper that states we are not allowed to return a product that is under sale. Even the poster of the sale does not say, 'terms and conditions apply'. We even searched up the customer rights, which states that we have the right to knowledge, and the right to be informed of facts about any product we were to buy. We asked them about a paper that clearly states the return policies and they said, "It's on the other counter" and we replied, "Why isn't it on this poster, or why were we not told about this before." Their reply did not even answer the questions.

Overall, a horrible experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Had a good time finding my sneakers there for the best cost ! imagine a converse pair of sneakers I got only for 90 dhs...they had a lot of cheap steals as well....best store for budget conscious people like me... :)
