The views are spectacular and it's not that much of a side trip from the WHW.

There isn't much of an actual fort left here, just the foundation of where it lay. You come for the views, which are very pretty. It's a nice fairly accessible walk through Glen Nevis, because of the forest track the whole way.

A steady climb up forest tracks from Glen Nevis .Great views to be had. I made it just under 7 miles round trip from Bravehart car park
