Sorry to say ....very bad customer service...there is one tall guy ( Philippine ).
When we start something newly...we need advice from experience people's ....I have a visit the shop so many time and I ask what is the tank prices...what is the way I can keep marine fish alive .... Today morning when I visit to the shop ... after he seeing me he ignore me ...and his saying in his language his not buying.... waste....I would like to tell this guy ...I'm not come to buy anything free....just teach him how to speak to customer and give him good training.... thanks

I appreciate that you wants to know the reason.
Sorry to say but u have poor customer service.
we went there for fish aquarium and it's normal, if you want to buy something so you have an inquiries about the products. But the staff were talking eachother, they didn't pay an attention then we left,
and found a good product from other shop after satisfied all the questions.????
Just a little advice, please pay full attention to ur customer needs because unhappy customer tells friends and family about their negative experience.????

One of the best LFS in UAE. Mohammed the branch manager is very friendly and supportive. Must visit the store if you are a reefer.

came here last night, staffs are giving different prices.. we asked the nice lady and gave us the price, we came back 2 hours later and the male staff in the live fish section tell us a different price which is 10 aed more! and he was absolutely rude and arrogant! used to visit here often but never again.

Bought one betta fish and aquarium last Oct 30 with an affordable price. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for all fish pet lovers.

The marine aquariums are full of algae. I've been going to this shop since I built my salt water tank. They used to be great & very accommodating in terms of what I was looking for. The problem is the staff I used to know are no longer there. Very big shame because they were flawless. Pay attention to your employees. They are your product much more than the product you sell. Hard lesson to learn. Hire back your employees. I spent enough to advise you. I'm happy to discuss your business in further detail. Good luck otherwise.

Friendly and very kind staff.. have awesome of sps frags in other separate room, not in the shop, just ask the staff... Get discount so many times

Great place for aquarium stuff including fishes, live corals, friendly staff. Wish if they could expand the place????as it's a small area with all under one roof.
