As much as the inside is really nice and has a working vibe, I have a point to talk about that I feel could be rectified.

The customer support/cashier is non existant. Whenever I have enquiries on how to sign up for a membership, the number I call from the registration desk never works because; I receive a "This call is unavailable" instead and this is very absurd and I am sure tons of people get the same thing. Being a worker like me, I get that the office space is the greatest place to work except for this one. So please make the number responsive so then I can go back to my office days????

Love this place! So happy to come here every day! Everything is very well thought of, wonderful meetings rooms, contemporary design, different areas, convenient private offices, good coffee, lovely staff!

I have been a GQC tenants for almost 3 years, until June 2020 and since then asking for my security deposit, to no avail.
The higher management is entangled in a judicial dispute and using that as an excuse for not “being able” to refund my dues.
Deeply disappointed.

As a monthly customer I have used GlassQube co-working spaces for my project needs. Their fair prices, new york style-offices, and break rooms with free gourmet coffee are excellent added features. Keep up the great work!

Go rent a normal office monthly. They hide your second month fees from a deduction of security deposit. They don’t expect to pay you back your deposits. They will make it impossible to give you back your desposits. If you choose to use this place make sure you get a copy of your “contract.” They don’t actually give you. They don’t disclose the parking costs ahead of time supposedly you can get cheaper parking they won’t tell you about this. The key card doesn’t give you elevator access. They say discount Parking still 350 per month not included in your costs. They don’t share this info. They never emailed me my password when they were supposed too. Parking is 400 aed or more per month if you work 5 days a week 4 Hours a day. Go somewhere else. They will make any excuse not to give you your deposit money. They say you have to wait 30 days to revive your deposits. There are other locations. They make you wait 1 hour to find excuse to not give you deposit. Staff has an attitude the manager also act like he’s high from everyone. They want you to walk away from 425 AED like it’s no big deal. The shock on their face when I ask for this is proof they are not prepared and they make it difficult. Support staff outside of manager and two front girls are nice. The girls and man are high to themselves. You would be wise do business else where.

Hidden fees. Read and think twice before you sign a contract, or have a lawyer that will tell you what to do. They actually use the excuse of you not having a great budget to hide the fact that their contracts are shady.
