First time trying crabs and oyster ???????? it was really really delicious????♥️♥️♥️ but cause it was my first time eating eat I had allergic of it, I had to take L cetrezine. ???????? I might be back not now but sure soon will try it again ????????

This branch of Off the Hook is a slightly difficult to find at yas mall. There was a banner at the ground floor which said “opening soon” and when we asked the security near by, he guided us on how to reach the restaurant as its on the floor above this banner. So it was so misleading and confusing on if it’s open or not.
It’s located inside the urban eats, which seems like a dead place! So quiet and old. We didn’t like the place.
The food was As always great! We tried the Asian flavour combo this time and was so flavorful and delicious. Good, budget friendly and yum.
However the staff at this place looks so lazy and not interested at all in serving the customer. We had to ask again and again for an extra gloves. We were 3 and they just provided 5 gloves & 4 aprons! Even for extra rice we had to look out for the staff, as she was standing in the corner and not even looking around the customers.

Foodwise spot on! ????
Need a lot lot lot more improvement in the place!
And staff, hospitality & service was ????

Unique experience with innovative approach on serving sea products. Variety souses with your salmon or mixed sea food available with 2 types of refreshing ice tea. Good customer service. Mall parking available. Make sure to plan ahead cuz it might take 30 min to prepare.

Good seafood at cheap price. We dined as 10 people, and the food quantity of mixed seafood in their set menu was more than sufficient. The location is possibly temporary in the food court area because their new shop at ground floor is not yet ready.

Sorry the food was so tasty I couldn’t think of shooting it hahaah but we finished all it means super tasty, the staff there so friendly! I’ve met jongh if I’m not mistaken he was the supervisor there !! He has a very kind personality with a sense of humor ???? keep it up guys !!! I already had some stories there but I can’t post videos in here!!

Poor service!!!!! Staff are inside when we are eating I guess avoiding us for assistance. Knowing that theres no guest at all. A very bad service!!!! Definitely we will not comeback again.

I order 2 to 3 times from this place every week from different branches. They suddenly increased everything. Crab balls was 13 now it is 18. Solo meal was 147 and now is 159.

Impolite customer service . One of the staff named Jong (he said he is very well known on their company maybe because of ur one of a kind attitude????) in Yas Mall Branch. He is a “supervisor “ (but acting like the owner ????) and he’s one of the top rude staff. I don’t know how it got promoted with this kind of behavior.Very arrogant.Treating his customer like not paying for the food and the service.Very Very disrespectful. ????????????????

The overflowing car park had approx 15 camper vans all taking up to 4 parking spaces and the road surface is heavily stained by God knows what being discharged from the vans.

Handy place to park up for the Marine point shopping complex, adjacent to Morrisons, Iceland, Home Bargains & Costa as well as Bubbles play zone. Plenty of spaces and free to park. It's next to the promenade and also a short walk away from the New Brighton attractions along the sea front. Gets very busy at times and may also flood in winter.
