Horrible service. I came to return socks that were sealed that I bought less than 2 days ago. The sales manager Adel refused to return or exchange. I literally had to threaten to call Customer Care for him to give me a credit note even though it is mentioned on the receipt that 14 days for exchange and 7 days for refund. The worst part was he was rude and yelling trying to intimidate me. What a bully. !

Nike Store in Yas Mall has the name only as 'Nike' reputation. Rest is unprofessional staff! Purchased few months ago football boots only as 'customized' and asked just for repair as upper part was damaged (even I would be entitled for a replacement given the warranty), they were not able to get the boots back and referred to look around for a shoemaker! and this for a price of 2500AED!!! Even speaking to the store manager, seems no real understanding nor customer service sensitivity. Poor and Adidas/Puma next door much better off.

You can also continue to shop on nike.com and the Nike App.. good staff, friendly , helpful and cooperative.. big and variety of goods under one roof .. good branch I recommend it.. good luck ????????

As soon as I entered the shop, the female employee came over and took the item I was eyeing. Particularly this Arab woman, employees are very unfriendly. I also feel unsafe walking into the shop because she kept following me around.

What a shop! Big and with everything but no staff can help. Each one of them is running here and there; nobody says hello or is offering help. Very poor customer service
