Bad service first time i go buy new choose the hive me another size and told me change from another store we can’t bring for u then i change by my self the after 3 month the quality is soooo bad and the told me take same choose and i take same choose then cut again from glow it’s bad quality and the told me u can go any shop to make glow it’s 20 derhum the service soooos bad only they need to make for them review only but they didn’t help any more it’s worst brach ever

Exceptional service and some of the best interactions with store staff I've had in the UAE.
I usually keep my reviews limited to restaurants and cafes, but the Adidas store in Yas mall has provided genuinely exceptional service every single time I've gone in, I had to post this review.

The service I got from Muya and her colleagues today was especially great, and I later found out that others in my family also had similar notably pleasant experiences.

Everytime I go to this store I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. The team is not well trained, they take forever to give you the sizes or any information you need. The service is poor… they treat you like if shopping there was the only thing you need to do. ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Yas mall branch Not happy with retail staff not friendly despite they are filipinos in which is unusual, i had an eye contact with a male filipino staff he just look at me without a greeting or even a smile , very unusual for filipino or a retail staff for a big mall, So went out without buying even though im planning to get a jersey and a jordan 4 ,
