I highly recommend Rent Agent Saif. He is a knowledgeable, professional and attentive rental agent who truly cares about his clients. Saif was patient, never pushy, and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the rental process. I had a great experience working with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a rental agent.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Erica and the HW team for the sale of my apartment. She is a true professional who managed to juggle several problems during the selling process at the same time but she was able to resolve everything perfectly. Highly recommend this agency. They were recommended on a Facebook group when I asked for recommendations and they did not disappoint. We dealt with the lovely Saif and whom we highly recommend. He is professional, knowledgeable, considerate and honest. Nothing but good things to say.

My husband and I had an incredible experience working with Saif at Henry Wiltshire International. He was professional, efficient, and patient with us. When we first arrived in Abu Dhabi, we felt rushed to find a new place, so this time around, we wanted to take our time. Saif took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for in our next place. We looked at so many apartments and were probably being picky. However, Saif was always engaged and always had a smile on his face when we met. He was very responsive and returned our calls quickly. He was also engaged and knowledgeable of the area and showed us new apartments as soon as they were on the market. This was hands down, the best experience I've ever had with apartment hunting.

Finding a place to stay in a new country is daunting, but thankfully we had Katie on our side. With her positive attitude, strong work ethic and expert local knowledge she managed to secure us a great apartment at our dream location. She guided us throughout the whole process and took the stress off our shoulders! Not only was she knowledgeable about every area but she went above and beyond to show us what each one of them has to offer. We would highly recommend her!

I really can't recommend Kate highly enough. It was overwhelming arriving in Abu Dhabi and trying to figure out where we wanted to live. Kate was a source of great insight and wisdom and helped find us the perfect flat. She was really well networked into the Al Zeina community and managed to find us a flat before it went on the market. Then, having found the flat, she walked me through the numerous administrative steps to securing it. We sadly had a family bereavement in the middle of our search and Kate was amazing at helping take the worry of house hunting off my mind during it.

It was invaluable having a trusted source of information and guidance and I felt like she figured out very quickly what we were looking for and didn't waste my time showing me things that weren't right.

And, she was always available to respond to questions and queries. Really, completely excellent service.
