The authority that will do you JUSTICE against greedy insurance companies, no matter how big the insurance company your dealing with.

Best thing is that all of the communications or even Judicial hearing sessions are conducted online !

They waste your time just like the insurance company you're trying to raise a complaint against, they're not helpful whatsoever

I had an accident in 16/6/2017.. Where it Washington the party fault.. Till now my car is not repaired.. I raised tow complaints.. And yet the vehicle still at the workshop.. 43 days & still counting where I had to pay from my Owen pocket.. Despite it is not my fault.. When tried to raise another complaint call center staff refused.. This in brief what I had to go through during one & half month.

Insurance authority was of no help.

My car was in an accident, I was not at fault and I had comprehensive insurance. Despite all these facts, my insurance company delayed my claim by months. After trying everything with my insurance company, I filed a complaint with insurance authority in hope of some help. My complaint with IA remained open for more than 1 month, I made more than 20 follow-up calls and every time the answer was that we will get back to you.

In the end, insurance company's response time was better than insurance authority's response time.

4 weeks since complaint ! Still waiting for the call back. Every time I call, they say someone will get back to you in 48 hours. One of my worst Government experiences in UAE !
