It can be a little stressful travelling to a different country and having so many questions. I had questions about COVID requirements and testing for Dubai and after contacting support over chat at the Dubai Airport they referred me to Pure Health. I filled out the contact form on their website and in less than 12 hours they had responded with all the details I needed. I was very impressed and appreciative. I can’t wait to experience more of Dubai now ????.

Have been impressed by the speed and care when having my Covid test in Dubai.
And second I do no longer have the invoice once in Benin, but online I have contacted PureHealth and have seen the same care and speed in sending me my Invoice online.. KUDOS

Pure health is the best Covid test provider I dealt with. I had a more than a satisfying customer service experience with them. Them. The agent KATE was very understanding and supportive. She went the extra mile to help me. My case was resolved within minutes. Big thanks!

Yesterday I did PCR Test in their Mobile VAN behind Al Muhairy Centre - Al Khalidiya - Abu Dhabi, but till next day after 24 hrs also I did not get my results. I emailed to their helpdesk regarding my problem, surprisingly widin few minutes I got reply from them that they forwarded the request to their lab. And widin more few minutes I got updated wid my PCR results in my Al Hosn App & SMS. Thank u Help desk team for ur prompt action for the query. Its very rare to get a prompt reply and action taken from any organisation. MOBIILITY PCR TEST SERVICE Was also best with polite Volunteers & Fast servive. But never visited ur Hospital/Clinic but expecting same BEST Service their too, if ever visited Thank u PURE HEALTH & TEAM.

pure health really came through for me, with the new 24 hour PCR rule for US travel, and our flight being around 2am we had to do the test in the morning, and was really struggling to find someone to guarantee results for us with the recent rush. i emailed them and they went out of their way to ensure all 4 of us did they test around 10 am and sent us the results before 6 pm. thank you for the great service

I had done a PCR test 2 days prior at the Mussafah testing centre for travel purposes and my results haven't been updated yet. When I checked in their official site, it has not yet been updated, and I have neither received a text message nor has my Al Hosn turned green. I did mail them but so far the only response I got back was to wait as there is a long list of queries to be sorted out. I waited patiently for one more day, but now I cannot modify or refund my flight ticket as it is less than 24 hours. If anything can be done, please help me and I will post a better review.
