Parking space and well organized gg g I am loving you is that you have to go to Ras alkhaima a beautiful day for the day you will have to take my car is not a big deal for you guys are doing well thanks and yourself and the other day and well organized by the end of the day I love you so much better than I thought I was staying with me and I will send you a request from you and your family and friends and family to yours too much work to do with the kids are going to delete the old one and only have one more time with you on the way

Booked a 6-seater to take us to and from a wedding. Made booking weeks in advance as it was for a Saturday, and we know how hard it is to get a taxi at weekends.
Booking was confirmed, and price agreed.
On day of wedding, Alba Cabs called to say 6-seater was going off the road, so they would send two cars to collect us for the return journey.
Six-seater collected us, as arranged, to take us to the wedding, and price was as agreed.
However, when the two cars came to collect us, Alba Cabs told us we would need to pay two fares, which was double what had been agreed when we made the booking.
I was only made aware of this when I called to check where second car was as it was late.
I pointed out we had agreed a price, and that it was not our fault the six-seater we had booked was not available.
The lady from Alba Cabs told me we could have booked a six-seater from another company. But, as we had not been told they were going to charge us double, why would I have done that?
Also, we had taken the precaution of booking the six-seater with them weeks in advance, as we know how hard they are to get. So, what chance would we have had sourcing one a few hours before we needed it for midnight on a Saturday?
I did not want to risk Alba cancelling the second car, so paid the fares. But, I believe they were the ones who failed to fulfil their part of the agreed booking, so they should have honoured the price they quoted.

Best taxi service with plenty of patience, and the owner is extremely down to earth. If you want a reliable cab service, please look no further. Thanks a lot

I had to move quite a lot of boxes, and the driver Adnan was really good sport about it. He helped me fit them all in the car and also lended me a hand to take them out. I had a really pleasant journey with him, and the booking system made everything easier.

Worst taxi company i've ever used. Had a taxi booked a few days in advance and was told £6.60 for the 1.5mile journey and was charged £12. Was told the hire starts from where the taxi leaves from to come pick us up and take us home. So we've had to pay for 2 journeys basicially. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ROBBERY

First time I've used this company. Confirmed booking by text, messaged me when taxi was there, with description of car and registration number. Excellent customer service. Will use again and would recommend.

What I like about this company is that 99% of the time they have a car available for you, even during busy times. Reliable and friendly staff. Service could be improved by looking at some of the driver's hygiene and cleanliness.

We came home with the train late at night and as there were no buses running so we decided to take a cab home. We called 15 minutes in advance and when we arrived the cab was ready and waiting for us. The car was very clean and the driver was very friendly 10/10 highly recommend!
