The place sells fresh items but the staff never picks the calls. Have complained so many times. But they know that in this area they r d closest shop & people invariably go there. My business is slowly shifting to nownow cos they r quicker. The previous manager Ajay was so much better. Always answered the call
This staff is not at all mindful of their customers.
Am fed up ..!!!!!

The staff is very smart, after order you'll have the goods at home in less than one hour. If something is not on stock they immediately send you an alternative proposal. Thank you

Great variety of foods. Quick delivery and professional service. Highly recommend this supermarket because it has never failed to deliver. They also have a butchery which is super convenient as well as a good poultry variety. You can also you use Hayyak to stack up loyalty points which you can redeem in 50 dirham increments.

This place is pathetic. I ordered some fruit from this store and what I received was watermelon and honey dew melon that was nearly spoiled. I complained and an employee came to my door nearly 24 hours later telling me to give him the food back.

Nearly 24 hours later, I was not keeping the food. I told him I threw it away already because it was bad.

They do not keep fresh stock. What they do is slice up some fruit in slices or cubes, and they keep the fruit in the cooler until someone buys it, rather then throwing away spoiled food and slicing fresh fruit for customers.

Don’t get food from here. Go to the Zoom or Carrefour in the buildings across from the Jowhara building. They actually keep fresh stock rather then selling spoiled food to their customers

Loved the store, awesome fresh produce, lack of space as name Express suggests, but managed really well in limited space
