Unfortunately, today we are moving from this beautiful place. We lived in this house for four years and three months. We are very pleased with the house, service and gorgeous view from the windows. The owner of this house did not save on anything, starting with a chic reception, you feel as if you are entering a premium class hotel, all the floors and walls are made of marble, the furniture in the apartments is also not cheap, on the website you can see that the order was made in an expensive furniture shop, in the play area, children can play and adults can work. In general, we are delighted with this house, and we are sad that we are moving from here.

Great facilities and great view, especially the sea view. However, it is the most expensive accommodation in Abu Dhabi. You can get a lovely, spacious apartment in Saadiyat or other way nicer areas with less. The only nice thing there is the polite people at the reception!

For a whole year, we were more than punctual. I prepaid the rent and we never complained about anything. The last day of our contract, the maintenance guy came to check, they said everything was fine, and we signed. However, two weeks later, we had to go there to collect the money for the deposit. Firstly, they charged us 150 AED because there was a crack on the top of the card (the card you get into the house). I mean I had it for a whole year and I took a lot of care of it, but it’s a card! I didn’t say anything about that.

Then, they charged us for ‘damaged pan and frying pan’. We used them to cook and they just had some scratches! A person who uses pans and frying pans knows that it’s impossible to cook for a year and having pans without minor scratches! Again, I didn’t complain.

They charged us for a missing spoon, a missing knife, and a missing chopping board!! Thanks God, I had taken photos of everything before we left. All the spoons were there, all the knifes were there, and of course the chopping board was there. Of course, I showed them the photos and then they started saying that they meant the chopping board was damaged, and not missing. When I asked what they meant, they said it had scratches on!!!! I’m not even joking! This was their excuse! When I said ‘Yes, but it’s a chopping board, we cut things on’, they said ‘Yes, but now we can’t give them to the next one’! When they realised that this was mad, they offered to give me 30 AED back for the chopping board! Of course I did not get the money! It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle!!

Definitely not recommending this place! There are way better places in Abu Dhabi with a way better management!

Maybe not the best positioned residence in the city, but definetely gives you one of the best sunrises and picture-perfect night views over the city. The conditions are very good, I think the only negative is that you have to pay extra for Gas(if you want to cook) and Internet.

***** NOT recommended at all!!! *****
At the end it is a big construction site! No chance to sleep at night because they are working the whole night at the buidling next beside the meera tower.
Last but not least the managing stuff is completely stubborn, inflexible and useless. Since August 2016 we are waiting for the repair of the balcony door and the curtains. We were promised it will be done immediately when we moved in. Now it is April 2017 and nothing was done...!!
Now we want to move out but would need 2 more days (of course we would pay for it) but were told that this is not possible! Thanks Roland!
Do yourself a favour and search for another building! :-)

If you're considering parking here, don't. Not worth the risk. According to a nearby resident, our car was the 7th this month to be burglarised.

My car window was smashed and the front part of my car was stolen from this car park between Sat 17th 0800am - Sun 18th Sep 2022 0900am. I came back to find my car in this state. The parking firm have told me there is no CCVT and none of the wardens had informed them of the incident/damaged car.

Please be careful parking here, Thieves operate in the area. I saw other bays with smashed glass on the floor so this is not an isolated incident.

Update: My car was written off and police nor the parking company have been helpful.
Park elsewhere even if it means paying more.
DO NOT PARK HERE!!

The car park may be cheap but there's a reason for that. Run down and a complete dump. Rubbish all over, smashed glass, the pay machines barely work. We had the front of our car stolen. Looks like this isn't an isolated incident as there was the same debris in another space and a previous reviewing had the same thing done to them. Find yourself a multistory car park and pay the extra.

Went to park here for a gig at the o2 later at night, however there wasn’t much lighting at all and only 3 other cars in the car park so felt like it would be too risky leaving the car and walking back later at night. Other than that, it’s an affordable and decent car park, I’d park here in the day or if I was with a larger group of people.

Highly recommended parking. We came from leicester. £4 all day. not bad. walk about 7 to 9 mins to bullring. Very convenient!

Parking place is good and neat, but the payment we need to give correct change. The machine will not give back the changes.
