Great breakfast selection. Friendly waiters checking if kids need anything. Apollo was very helpful.
The hotel is a ln 11 minute drive from Warner Bros Park. We drove but they also provide a free shuttle bus.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Pool is amazing and they have a kids club which the kids loved.

We enjoyed everything in our stay; the room, the gym, the food and the service. Everything was really wonderful. The breakfast buffet were amazing and housekeeper Benjamin was so attentive, helpful and welcoming. Thank you guys and thumbs up. Will definitely be back again.

Just to be more honest. It's the first time that I could not find any observation in a hotel usually I found a lot of none common things but at this hotel, I did not find any mistakes starting from the main gate to my room

Check in was smooth for us. The lady that was at the counter was friendly and helpful.

Theme park tickets were included in our stay, which was excellent.

Cleanliness of the rooms are good.

Breakfast buffet has a decent spread. However it can get crowded and congested. The few days that we've been here, it has always been like this and there was even a day when it was so congested that there wasn't any staff to guide us to a table.

We did have time issues with delivery of their in-room dining, but this was acknowledged, explained and I received an apology the same day I wrote this review. The in room dining service staff are very friendly. They made my day being my birthday and they delivered treats to us on our last day of stay here. I request that the staff are not blamed for the issue mentioned, but just that these points are noted to improve the experience for the next customers and process improvements to the services.

I'd also like to give an acknowledgement here to a staff named Lama. He was very friendly and also created a grand towel art for us in our room on our last day here, which was a very lovely surprise.

It was a fantastic experience staying at the Hilton Yas Island. The staff are amazing at every level, from the valet and bell boy up to the manager. Nina went out of her way to make things comfortable for us, this is greatly appreciated. It was my child's birthday and they made it really special. As part of a Yas Island summer promo, the rooms come with day theme park tickets.

The amenities at the hotel as well as the restaurants and food are great. The pools are lovely but understandably can get crowded towards evening. It is just walking distance from Yas Waterfront and the water taxi, great location. Taxis are easily available. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, breakfast has good options. Overall a great stay and I will be returning. Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay outstanding.

Great hotel to stay with the family. Very hospitable and and staff always wanting to serve and help out making the stay comfortable feeling pampered. Breakfast stands. Always busy and packed but their food always fresh. We were served by Anup, great gentlemen who served all our needs.

Our first night was in a room that had no light and a leak in the ceiling. Fortunately they changed our room into a better one for the rest of our stay. Christine took care of our house keeping and she was amazing! She was available 24/7 and always greeted us with a smile. Her job is hard and we made sure to make it easier for her as much as possible. Thank you again Christine!

Mid of June 2023...
This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Truly they deserve 5 stars. Facilities and services were on top. Clean rooms, amazing pools and spas. Food was delicious. We will not forget the amazing breakfast.
Special thanks for Mr. Ahmad keshk he was truly helpful.
You should book 2 or more nights to enjoy the facilities and the luxurious atmosphere.
Well done Hilton Yas Island.
