I’ve been to McCafferty’s on their opening night. The place was packed, the atmosphere was great. They had great live music.
The service was quite slow and the staff had to be reminded multiple times, but I hope that will improve considering it was opening night.

The food and drinks were great! I had:
- Proper Loaded Chips with Pulled Pork
- Whiskey
- Irish Maid Cocktail

I enjoyed my time and I can recommend this place!

Went to this new restaurant in Yas Bay at the Hilton. “Big!” Maybe too big!” However we were there on a Sunday for lunch. AED100 per/person for carvery, a selection of pork, beef and chicken was huge and well cooked. Very basic home-some food and it reminded me of home..’that beautiful gravy and mash potato. With a bit of crackling to with. It was great.

A lot of work has gone into its design and furniture and art displays. The serving Bar is enormous with a upstairs and downstairs flow.

A typical Irish looking pub with its bells and whistle’s but brand new, you can still smell the final coat of vanish drying!’.. Lol.. kidding ????

But to be fair the only thing that I didn’t like was the smell of cigarettes smoked in the bar…
But a great family oriented restaurant bar that I would imagine that it would “Go Off!” after 8:00pm with some “ Live Music!”

I made a reservation yesterday for my partners birthday and our anniversary. We arrived by 7pm. I ordered the ladies night special with the 5 drinks. Our order was taken for the drinks by the waiter. 10 minutes later he asked can we repeat our order. We received our first round of drinks at 19:30. We then ordered ribs as a starter and I ordered my food for the ladies night. Waited very long for the food, when the food arrived, the ribs was cold even the bone was cold. My mini beef sliders were dry and burnt. We ate it, because at this point we were very hungry. My partner wanted to order more drinks from the waiter for happy hour. He ordered from the waiter. 10 minutes later again the waiter asked us to repeat the drinks order. When the drinks arrived it was 20:20. We couldn't order more because happy hour was done. We were still in the restaurant until after 9pm. But I didn't even consume all 5 drinks, because I was so annoyed, because I knew it will take another 20 minutes for it to arrive. Restaurant is very understaffed.

Me and my family visited McCaffertys bar for the first time tonight for dinner and drinks. We were served by Jasper who was fantastic!! He catered to our every need and was very entertaining singing and dancing to the live entertainment.

Fritha also spoke to us throughout the night and was very friendly and was entertaining all the guests as they came in. I would recommend this bar as it’s great for entertainment, amazing food and staff.

Best carvery in Abu Dhabi that you will forget your hangover. Fitria is so friendly and accommodating with regards to your table ,made sure we're okay the whole time. From food and drinks, best aperol spritz in Abu Dhabi I've had! Always coming back.

Had a great night. Food was delicious, big sized portions and reasonably priced. The service was always on point. Our server Irish (yes this is her real name) was so attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was very chilled having a great mix of a live band and a dj.. They also have happy hour and great prices for ladies night deals and brunches. Definitely worth checking out.

New iris bar in yas bay maccaffetys iris bar is very nice ambience is good for relaxing and chilling the staff are very attendtive and friendly specially the bartender verycool and nice guy name is Daniel and also the lady staff Gisele and Irish very good service I will come and visit again on weekend .this my second time to visit here since we open .

Ok, but not great. I’ve been here 3 times and the atmosphere is good, but the food and service are just not very good. The server this morning got the order all kinds of messed up. Bacon instead of sausages. Eggs cooked the wrong way. It was like she was just watching our mouths form words but not actually making meaning from them. Toast was completely solid. Sausages cheap and paste-like inside (maybe some people like that type). Last time I was there it took ages to even get someone to take our order and then almost an hour to get the food.
