Cleaned and tidy room.Great service. All staff service are very good, and always friendly and helpful. especially Dilini from Housekeeping she did a very good job with organizing the room.
All staff are very professional and always willing to assist.
I enjoyed my stay very much.

Housekeeping service was amazing. Thank you to the amazing staffing team. Dilini was very helpful and she has made my stay feel like home with my room having all the requirements at all times.

Almost 7 weeks staying in this hotel. The service is overall good and the people are very friendly. Had some issues but after some feedback they changed some things so that was positive. Unfortunately there are a lot of days were something goes wrong with the laundry and our to go boxes for work. Everyday we get a lunch box but multiple times it is not correct and today it was canceled mysteriously. I think this is due to communication. Too late for work now, very disappointing. For the rest the hotel and the people are kind but these things should be handled and we shouldn’t be worrying about it.

We recently stumbled upon this hotel for a last-minute stay and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The staff, from the Front Desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. Though it's a 3-star hotel, the facilities exceeded our expectations with well-maintained rooms, albeit small.

The hotel's breakfast was both reasonably priced and delicious, with the breakfast staff being especially delightful. In the evenings, the rooftop pool and bar provided a fantastic space to unwind. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the wonderful staff.

We should note, though, that the hotel's Google images seemed to depict a waterfront property with white sand and turquoise water, which wasn't accurate. In reality, it's a man-made canal not suitable for swimming or beach activities, which was a letdown for our boys.

Overall, this hotel offers good value for a 3-star property, as long as you manage your expectations accordingly. Keep in mind that it's located quite a distance from the city center and having a car would be helpful for exploring. While we did notice taxis outside the hotel, they might be a bit pricey, as it's not within walking distance of any major attractions.

Happy with the room. Only marked down 1 star because the bathroom door was difficult to shut.

Breakfast was good and the team (Saraj, Jennifer, Lin, Kelly & Nadu) were doing a great job keeping me happy!! ????

Services like, housekeeping and restaurant specially breakfast were really good. Staff in general specially
Suraj, Lin and Ratikon in the restaurant were very helpful and polite. We stayed there for 10 nights and it was pretty comfortable overall.
