For the breakfast, quality is below average, food was quite not fresh, mostly cold including the dishes which should be hot, beside the on spot made omelette ( it was good and chief did it in good way). Salad station was poor and could be much better, service is okay but for a five start hotel, the whole experience need to be reconsidered. Not recomended

The Iftar experience was really great! A big variety of food and sweets. The desserts looks very beautiful and it’s yummy. Good drinks. The restaurant itself is very big. The view outside is very pleasant and in the evening you can hear the bugs “singing” for you somewhere from the water side. With a nice music and atmosphere in the restaurant for a moment I felt like in the castle. But there is one minus that ruined the perfect picture. The birds feces on the chairs on the terrace side. That was the first thing that we saw since we were escorted to our table. It took us a while to find less dirty chairs to exchange because we didn’t see any completely clean from that feces around us. That is the thing you are not expecting to see in the restaurant. It’s unacceptable! I hope this issue will be solved.

The menu was a culinary delight, offering a diverse range of dishes that catered to various tastes and dietary preferences. Each plate was expertly prepared with attention to detail and presented with artistic flair. The flavors were outstanding, showcasing a perfect balance of ingredients and seasonings that left my taste buds dancing with joy.

From their warm greetings to their helpful recommendations, they truly made me feel like a valued guest throughout the evening. Special commendation for Ms. Easha, Ahmed and Ramsy.

I celebrated my birthday last night at Ingredients Anantara and the theme was Bbq night. Compared to the other buffets that I've been to. Ingredients has a lot of food choices. I enjoyed the desserts the most because they are all very delicious. Also, the bbq seafood are superb. I am giving 4 stars because the pasta section looked really messy and they only have few sauce options for it. The service was amazing. We were attended by the server Lesha (not sure of the name) and she was very accommodating and always smiling. Overall, we were satisfied by the experience.

Wednesday is Seafood theme night. Nice ambiance, good quality seafood selections. some dishes lack the flavor. Margarita pizza and sushi is also available. Service is good and dessert selection is adequate.

Good quality of various food and kind staffs!
We had dinner at BBQ night. It was great experience in nice atmosphere. Will visit again.
Wondering how the seafood night on Tuesday is.

Spent a lot of money there over the years but go elsewhere now. No point in having a fridge for cool drinks when you adjust the thermostat so it stays at room temperature.
