On 12th January I went there with my wife to have a coffee and a sandwich. They looked very friendly and try to upsell the French Vanilla to have coffee and then to buy the powder and etc. When I refused all offers and just moved and ordered the sandwich, I think they felt bad and didn't interact much. Samsung pay didn't work and the face of the cashier was very offensive. Then used the card to pay. When I got the sandwich, this what I received. Few pieces of chicken, one large onion slice and one large tomato slice with 1 slice of cheese. ???????????????? I complained and was offered another sandwich which I refused and told them I am not happy with the service and doesn't need any compensation. I asked them to check how much I use Tim Horton in Abu Dhabi Mall, infact invited them to come and try the Tuscun Chicken sandwich there. They apologize and later to add insult to injury, the guy who made the sandwich (same guy who took our order) came and apologize and said he in new and offered me a donut in a bag? Seriously? I asked him, if he is new, how can he upsell? Regardless he tried his best to give out the donut which I had to rudely stop coz I had enough. Very bad serivce on this specific outlet!

My favorite coffee place without a doubt. Love their pistachio latte (out of this world), lemon curl, french vanilla and Turkey panini sandwiches

I love this cafe! It has a variety of amazing drinks and has awesome breakfast food! The prices are also pretty good and not expensive. The staff is very kind and well-trained. I personally love going to this cafe to get myself a nice cold drink. In the end, I recommend trying this cafe!
