Hit and miss some days its OK, other days I've found rotten peppers on the shelf informed staff who didn't seem bothered. One day I went to cash a scratchcard staff member pulled a face and snatched it off me I had a go at her rudeness then she changed her tune. Other staff are helpful security are friendly and helpful. some days its the pits, other days it just passes.

I had a very bad experience from staff Gemma today , i was asking her something even before listening to what I wanted to say she was like go stand in the queue , what type of customer service is that. I have reported to manager about it , he was really nice and heard all my concerns

Place seemed very dirty, especially the self-serve . The self serve didn't work very well and no staff to sort the problem out. Needs a good clean and makeover.

The daily necessaries are almost all available nice place for fresh meat and other veggies. The staff is helpful if you can't find your way around and has good products from breakfast to dinner every combo is available and a loads of drinks, also a good place to buy alcohol and meat. Had a good experience everytime I visited

I was shopping at the Sainsbury late afternoon, was asking a man( customer )if he is in the queue, because he was kind of middle of his shopping , end up the man was so rude to me and shout at me: of cause I am in the queue, what do you think Ian doing.

I was so crossed but didn’t know what to do, then the staff of Sainsbury was so kind and nice, he asked me if I’m ok, do I need the help, and even let me go to the counter to pay first, even other customer was so nice when they have heard I have been shout at.

I felt so supportive and warm, really appreciate and thank you very much!

This is the wonderfulest customer service that I ever had!

Sonya from a till, need more training or different job. Barks like a dog for no reason.
No issue with shop or security but this “lady” shouldn’t be working with customers

Excellent small store caters mainly for and is very popular with the student population, exceptionally long opening hours 7 till 11 daily.can get rather busy around 6 PM. Easy access with auto doors one level and adjoining car park .self service checkouts but you can be served by a human if required.the range of food stuffs is some what limited but very varied . friendly helpful staff who are always pleased to help

Customer services not very supportive. Miserable faces on staff faces when visited. Hey put off going shopping there.
