They refused to return the clothes even with original invoice , because it is a gift while they didn’t put that in their policy, and they refused to change the toy and also it is not written that toys cant be changed, they are putting rules which are not shown in the written policy.

If I could rate 0 I would do it because they have very very very bad service. The staff refused to change our small sized clothing and they don't follow the policy.

Love the Jacadi Yas Mall branch, very organized and excellent customer service. I recently dealt with Mohammed who was very helpful and patient throughout my shopping experience! Would recommend a visit for children clothing!
