I love Papparoti and their buns, BUT they have the worst service!! The staff are so rude and don’t like to be asked questions, which as a customer is my right! They saw we were more than the chairs on the table and didn’t bother to prepare the table for us. Then, we asked for an extra chair THREE times and they just kept neglecting us.
The staff need to be taught how to respect customers or else replace them all.
It’s a shame that a cafe like Papparoti has a service like this.

This place is memories to me, used to go there when I was younger and I lovee their buns and karam tea, perfect for breakfast and afternoon snack.

For A Long time , this Cafe still holding on beautifully and every time every branch I visit it’s the same delightful experience, delicious Buns and the coffee is excellent roasted.

The inside of the bun was raw dough. Unappealing! And could pose a bacteria risk.

The cappuccino looked nice, but was dull and lean, probably the cheapest brand available, and least amount the machine could handle.

After payment I asked for the receipt, and got only the copy of credit card report, not the one stating tax amount.

It feels like the place owner just doesn't care, and Papparoti brand owner cannot do anything to fix the problems.

This is my go to place for a quick cappucino or fresh mango juice with there caramel bun. Always a winner

Great buns but so much plastic waste in every table… plastic cutlery, straws, wares… So i got curious and I asked them, why? The answer: Company policy.
So default policy is plastic, but you can ask for metal/glass??? Never been the greenest person myself, but that is kinda hardcore pass on waste management, right?

Very nice service. Friendly manager. Good ambience. Had ordered the Nutella with hazelnut and caramel with nuts. Food was served fast. Both tasted amazing. They have a good variety of tea including organic tea.
