I broke a pair of sunglasses and asked them if they could repair it. It was broken from the nose section and a little plastic piece was off. I could have easily glued it but wanted it done professionally. It took them 5 months to let me know they couldn’t do it, and upon return back to me, they lost the little piece connecting the frame to each other. Now I can’t even fix it myself.. Worst customer care ever.

Spoke to Kay today from Hays Travel Darlington and managed to book another fantastic holiday today.
Kay provided me with detailed and specific information as I have not been to Thailand before, she was very professional and polite throughout. One very happy customer ????

Always helpful when it comes to foreign currency exchange. If they haven't got it in they will order it for you. Will usually match other quoted exchange rates.
