Very good customer service and has good collections of wines i think one of the best wine collections in abu dhabi wine lovers recommended and staff are very helpful always assisting and recommending new wines to try and professional go check it out thanks to the spinneys

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and always something interesting on promotion. Plus it feels like a secret shop in a videogame, tucked away next to the car park behind opaque glass! Recommended!

Very rude and unfriendly staff, not helpful at all especially the philipino guy.
the security guard inside the liquor store is way more helpful than the actual staff, spinneys you can do better than such incompetent staff

Absolutely dreadful service at Edinburgh Airport. Not sure why this is so much worse than it has been over the last 20 years. The people organising this service should hang there heads in shame
Arrived on flight from Heathrow and have been waiting more than an hour and no one can say how long it will take for bags to come off. We keep getting told “we are not priority as our plane was late coming in”.

Absolutely appalling. New visitors to this country will have had their eyes opened to how poor we can be at service

Person in charge of this company should be ashamed of themselves. Staffing level at Edinburgh airport is so low they cannot get luggage to people that arrived. We have been without luggage for 3 days and have been to EDI every day trying to resolve. There are mounds of bags in the secured area (baggage carrousels) and they won’t let anyone in to find their bag. They are hugely understaffed at EDI; the 3 people there are working hard but there are no results. The issues are too big for 3 people. This situation is ridiculous and pathetic and casts a very negative view on Edinburgh and Scotland. The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 is not an option.

Without them I would never had got my case back! BA lost my baggage 3 weeks ago and i have been lied to my numerous customer service agents about where my bag was! One phone call to Menzies in Edinburgh and they located my bag which had made its way from Heathrow to Cape Town, they swiftly contacted Cape Town airport and my baggage was delivered to my house in Edinburgh 2 days later. I strongly believe without their help I would never have gotten my luggage back. Dont believe the bad reviews, these people have been a god send!!!

Absolute shambles and embarrassment of a company, they loose baggage, ignore us, they ignore their own staff and they ignore their partner companies. I overheard some conversations from their staff about the lack of safety due to short staffing and poor planning at Edinburgh.

0 star, terrible service! Baggage was damaged, nobody at the desks to help me, I tried to phone and email them to get a form needed to claim compensation. Nobody answers the phone, nobody replies to emails so I've not been able to get any compensation for my damaged goods!

Customer service is their last consideration. Desk at Edinburgh Airport not manned, phone calls go to recorded message, emails 'probably' end up in their junk folder. Lost baggage – fill in a sheet and leave it in a tray. Weeks later – still no reference number or contact. Absolute joke of a company – bet their business model thinks it’s economically better to lose baggage then sell it off at auction rather than waste time and money trying to reunite it with its owner. Wonder how Menzies Aviation would feel if their uniforms and vehicles went missing!

An absolute disgrace and failure of a company. My mother and grandmother flew to Edinburgh from the US to visit me and never received their luggage over the course of their 11-day trip. I still don't know if they ever will, now that they've returned home. We went to the airport twice to try to retrieve their bags there, and the employees at the desk said there was simply nothing that could be done and whined about how many bags they had to process. At a certain point, it's hard to see how this isn't just outright theft--Menzies takes peoples' money and their personal property, locks their stuff up in a warehouse, and refuses to give it back. If a normal person treated my family this way, I would call the police.

Traveled to Scotland for my girlfriends dream trip, probably a once in a lifetime two and a half week trip. Bag was lost by British Airways who these clowns work for here in Edinburgh. I leave today and the bag is still missing, thousands of dollars worth of clothing, and items. I’m just one of the many many people experiencing how poorly and unorganized these guys are.
