This is one of my comfort place. I am always a fan of their beverages & I love the ambiance. However what makes this place exceptional is their people, bcoz of Michelle & Paolo I feel at home & comfy... Keep it up & more power.

Place is amazing, nice and calm. Staff are accommodating, specially sir michael. He is very professional in handling customer. Coffee’s price is reasonable. Will come back for sure

Cute little place. Lots of furnishings and amazing offers.. Xmas decors. Loved the atmosphere. Has a fantastic little coffee place also attached to it. They give out coffee vouchers when you shop here.

The ambience was absolutely perfect for staying and working, creating an ideal environment for my productivity. I was particularly impressed with the excellent service provided by Ms. Michelle, who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the menu. I am thrilled to have discovered this place, and it has quickly become my go-to coffee shop in the area

JYSK at WTC was a wonderful experience when buying furniture. while we have tough choices to make with the prevailing situation, the staff at WTC was more than helpful. It is easy to be friendly and helpful once, but to do it every time is something special. The furniture is another story. We are glad that we got the items we did. Simple, but exquisite! Thank you for the experience. Until we meet again.

I have been trying to call this store all day, no answer. I've called all other stores in Cardiff and Newport and they have answered their phones straight away, another store even tried to contact the bay store and no answer. They also advised that they would put a complaint into head office about them

A truly dreadful place. Any size in anything you like as long as its medium and the miserable staff make no secret of the fact they aren't trained. In fact, they told us so.

Staff stood in groups chatting about their night out
Shop was an absolute state with clothes all over the floor and piled up in changing rooms
Floor was so dusty the clothes I tried on ended up with grey swatches of fluff on them
Generally untidy and poorly managed

Well organised inside .clean neat layout . Plenty of staff ....could find what I wanted easy. 2 tills open..I got served by young happy friendly girl was pleasant not so true for my sons she was a little miserable moody I think it makes a massive diffrence how your greeted by who on other side of till. If you want to be miserable go be a traffic warden . Stars deducted for her other than that great shop

Nice clean store, however staff nowhere to be seen. I had to search to find someone who could help me. Store wasn't busy either.
Not hugely impressed in their customer service, but like I said the store is nice and clean and well air conditioned
