Terrible skills. Ruined my son's hair. It will take 6-8 months to grow back again. My son's hair was so long and so soft and straight that most people thought he was a girl, so i just wanted to shorten it a little bit not a lot and i wanted it to cover the forehead just above the eyebrows because it used to cover his eyes too and also told the lady to cut around the ears. Those are my exact instructions. The result was cuting the hair to half or less of its length and styling it to be combed to the side, not on the forehead. I really hate that place and never coming back. My barber would have done a better job, but i thought a child saloon was better for my kid... And oh dear God how wrong i was. Do yourself and your child a favor and never go there.

Yes i was present during the entire and i didn't comment because I'm not a barber and i didn't know what was the final outcome until it was too late.

And as for the tip, that's my attitude towards anyone, no matter what skills they have. The lady was nice as a person, but my requests were completely ignored, and the result is that my son's hair will remain out of proportion for half a year or more.

The fact that you are trying to use these points to discredit my review instead of owning to your mistake and understanding my upset as a parent whose hair was deformed, proves how terrible your attitude as a person and PR staff.

Most of my haircuts for my daughters are done here. Though it’s 55dhs per haircut .. I feel as for kids they do a very good job! Even if kids move a lot they are very patient and help to do a good job.

Thanks to Mr. Shady for his service. My daughter’s haircut was done professionally and as I requested. He took his time and my daughter was calm and quite.
Very reasonable prices and the location is convenient in Abu Dhabi Mall.

I would have given zero stars if possible!! What kind of a service !!???????? too bad too pathetic,i went for the hair cut of my baby.I already called them and confirmed they do cuting for 6 month old.they did the work within 5 mins ,to be precise they were rushing to finish it without minding he is a small 6 month old baby.i felt like normal saloon staffs could have done better.i wonder why they had a name kidscutz ????hairs were inside his mouth.the guy was rushing like anything!my baby was crying too much even after the cutting.he was too scared.would never ever go again.

This place the service is very nice and pleasant, they have a play area in the space to occupy the kids while parents wait for their turn. Kids' hair kut (cut) are clean and have healthy growth, kids can watch cartoons while getting a cut. Prices are resonable.

My son had his first haircut here and it was amazing. Ms.Liza was so nice he never cried. Although my son was moving around so much she was so professional she did his hair so nicely he looks so cute now! My daughter also likes Ms.Liza to cut her hair all the time:)

Excellent & Patient staff,They have a waiting system, Place is santitized and cleaned after each kid.
Did a great job with my scared & not so cooperative Kid.
Shaadi is our go-to guy, very patient and has always made my kid comfortable & very good with him. They used to have Home service during peak corona.
Kids friendly and must go place for a hassle free haircut for your Littleones.

Very rude man on the phone. Had spoken to a nice man prior, he was very understanding of my request and I said I'd phone him back to confirm my booking . When I called back, I spoke to someone else. He used phrases such as "do you think I'm stupid?" when asked if he know the location of my pick up point and then proceeded to hang up on me. Very unprofessional service.
