Very poor experience from kiehl’s shop at galleria mall. The sales guy was not ready to help us to choose the right product. I used to purchase a lot of products from different kiehl’s outlet in uae and US. I didn’t see any sales guy like this anywhere. I was the only customer there at that time.still he didn’t move from the billing counter. He didn’t ask what my need….after few minutes, the manager of the shop, a lady came there and I complained to her about the matter.I wrote a complaint and gave her.they both were laughing and teasing that time.
Please don’t spoil the reputation of a renowned international brand like this.and please learn about good and happy customer service.

I went in on Thursday at around 6pm. There was only one lady there, i did not get her name. I was the only customer in the store. He attitude was belittling and appalling. She made me feel like i was wasting her time. She kept asking what i wanted but with an attitude and in a manner that made me feel like she was annoyed with me. When i asked about the sale and about the price of the butterstick lip treatment, she just gave me one word answers and wouldn't even look me in the eye. I usually shop there and my experience was never this appalling. Very disappointed. I might just have to start ordering online from other shops. I don't ever want to experience something like that again.

First of all,

I was someone who by word agreed with all the negative comments here. The customer service at Kiehls used to be so terrible that I hated going in the store. But I love their Calendula face wash and toner so much that I would just pop in, pick that up and leave. But the last time I went in, it was different, thanks to Hasna. She was very attentive, and took her time to listen to the concerns , and help us out with products and samples. Until now, I have never thought about really buying another product, but after trying out some of the samples, I've got a list for the next haul!

Hasna , you know how to make a sale. Thanks for the amazing service ????

The sales staff is lazy and incompetent. As if he does not want to sell or does not know how to sell! Either way, he made us leave the shop although my wife was interested in a couple of products she usually buys from Kiehl's in Dubai. Big difference of service. I don't recommend this shop at Galleria. If you are in Abu Dhabi and want to buy, go to Dubai it is worth it or order online if available.

Poor customer Service.Lazy sales staff,Racist too.
The sales man not really interested in explaining to me the product because i’m asian.was supposed to try Kiehl’s product recommended by my friend.I was asking question which product i need for my skin type.
I ended up buying my Clarins skin products again.
