My mom experienced a bad treatment from one of the workers a couple of months ago in Kiko Yas Mall. The girls working at the cashier did not acknowledge my mom even though she was ready to pay and the cashiers left her waiting. I suggest you train your staff to treat the customers equally and introduce to them the proper etiquette because it seems like they really need it :). Other than that the products seem nice the two stars rating all goes out to the bad service from the staff.

awful staff. follow you even when you say "no" then they say "use this foundation to cover your spots" RUDE! products are nice but so much fake perfume. Very bad for all people and their health, product should be fragrance free!!!

Horrible staff. Zero product knowlege. Rude behavior. No wonder i have seen crowds at Sephora all the time while staff at Kiko Milano is standing at the entry of their store looking at mall kiosks and people passing by to kill their time.

Love the brand. Unfortunately the staff is very rude, if you ask for help, they give you a one word in response and leave you again by yourself.Because I am a loyal fan of Kiko Milano products , I keep visiting the store, but not even once have I been welcomed by the staff, in fact I roam around by myself, pick my own choices and leave. the only sentence I have heard from them os "there is no refund on this" as if it isn't obvious enough! I hope the staff gets better trained and is less arrogant

Went into the store this morning to grab a few things, the sales lady was very stand offish and rude.
I clearly needed help and kept asking her questions but felt as if she was getting annoyed and busy doing her own thing. In the end I took my products and wanted to pay but she dint have change. She didn't even offer to get or be polite, just looked at me and said "I don't have change dear" and once she saw Mr getting annoyed she offered to keep it for me.

I love this brand. Best lipsticks especially Matt ones for long wear. Full Mark's on pigmentation colour. Their foundation plus concealer is excellent. The staff at yas mall is the best.i love to visit this store and see their happy smiling faces. Totally recommend this product 100 percent.

Love the brand, but service in Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi is horrible. Arabic sales ladies are very rude and completely ignoring customers besides the ones wearing abaya, very weird... I had to buy products I needed but the overall conclusion- rude and lazy stuff, won’t see smile or professional advise there for sure!
