MK outlet is racist in Yas Mall

We went to the Yas Mall outlet today 29th June on Eid day and the salesman (possibly from Philippines) was so racist. He was showing around to local and foreign customers and was completely ignoring us (me and my wife) just because we are Indian. My wife was asking him the price of a bag and he was looking at a customer (foreign looking) who just entered completely ignoring my wife, as if she was invisible. After my wife still kept asking, he said the price with a clear distaste and poor body language. Just before this, a local Emirati lady asked the price for three items and he was very gentle and polite, again completely ignoring my wife.

I wanted to buy a smart watch from MK for my wife. I had bought one in USA 15 days back and it’s very heavy, thought I will buy another one, albeit a light weight one. But now, I am having my doubts to buy anything from MK.

I urge EVERY INDIAN and possibly EVERYONE to boycott this store in Yas Mall at MK. They are completely racist and don’t know how to treat customers equally. It happened with us today, might happen with YOU on any day.

The shop is amazing it's second biggest shop in UAE how stuff told me.
I went there with my wife and we had such amazing experiences, the sales executive show us around, on the way that I was feeling like I am at my home they treat us very well we end up buying 2 bags and we just came to check the store. Many thanks for the tall guy who is working there he give us perfect choice of bags my wife is really happy with choice. Definitely must visit store!

The shop is well organized and the staff was very supportive. I dealt with Rose, she is very friendly and willing to help. The shopping process is fast and you don’t need to wait for long.

No 1 picks the calls , dont think of going and asking for exchange they will never look at you. They will also never answer ur calls !

I received gift mk from my friend and i didn't ask which branch she bought it.. The watch big to me so i decided to come mk yas mall branch and the lady there filipina was totally not nice. Im asking her if they do cutting watch to adjust she said no was totally lie.. I was planning to buy bag but i change my mind because of her. I was willing to pay for adjusting but she answer me no!!

I was in the shop today. Asking where I can fix one small detail in my Michael Kors watches.one connector got list. Shop assistant ( girl in abaya) was totally unprofessional and rude..She told us it’s not her problem, and ask to check any other shops ( even we came to Michael kors shop with Michael kors watches). She didn’t try to find any solution or find any option to fix a problem. Just send us away of the shop. Very dissapointed with a customer service there.
