This hotel was incredible and I mean incredible every single part of this hotel was and is meant for children to have fun.

From the time you arrive to the time you leave everything was totally amazing.

The rooms were decorated to suit the different themes with the corridors also decorated perfectly.

The food and pool was spectacular. I will certainly be going again.

We were all Legod out by the end of the weekend ????????.

We had a nice time in this hotel with my 6 year old twins. They enjoyed staying there although it was quite crowded. Although I was surprised not to find such things in the room like sleepers and Beth robe and the mini fridge in the room was empty. Sometimes it felt like sone employees didn’t know what they were doing so it felt a little unorganized, perhaps due to the fact that the hotel had lots of guests. Otherwise the kids did have fun , finding and playing Lego almost everywhere in the hotel . The free kids workshops every 30 minutes and other kids activities throughout the whole day were a nice bonus too.

My children under 6yrs of age LOVED the hotel!

We chose the Pirate theme one, and hd the Treasure hunt when we got it(which was a lovely game to get the kids started on their stay!). The Amenities, Play area, and activities are really centered for children to have an awesome and memorable stay!

Kudos to the staff at the Play Area- they really play with the children and very nice!

The food at Bricks Restaurant is OK, some dishes were good the others a miss. Good choices of food for the children too- even for picky eaters like mine.

Definitely a hotel you would come back to with Family! ????

Very disappointing! I booked a overnight stay for my son and his friends for his birthday.
I emailed and organized everything with the guest services a week before our stay, they booked nothing and did nothing we asked for!

The main bedroom in our family room smelled so strongly of urine we had to sleep on the sleeper couch in the living room.When we complained the staff just said; “oh ok”.

Food is bland and just catered for children.
Overall a bad experience!! Don’t waste your money!

The hotel should be rated as 2 stars at best. I don't know where to begin. 1st of all, the hotel room has no divider between the king bed and the kids bunker bed, so if you're looking for privacy, you're not getting it. The room has no hair dryer nor cotton buds as hotel policy for the "kids safety". The hotel has no gym. The staff of the housekeeping are rude, and they were negotiating with me when i asked them to clean the room bathroom, claiming it it was clean. The restaurant buffet dinner is mediocre. The swimming pool timing is awkward (they shut at 7pm).
The hotel bathroom ventilation is very bad, so it stinks 24/7.

If you're planning to come to legoland, i advise you stay at a hotel nearby, and don't come to this hotel.

Extremely impressed with the hotel hospitality. One of the best kids friendly hotel we have ever visited.
Rooms are well designed according to the theme. Nice play area for the kids near the pool as well as at the lobby.
The best thing of the hotel is hospitality.
Each staff is doing their job perfectly and happily. Everyone is helpful and respectful and very friendly to kids.
They made sure that our stay is comfortable and memorable.
Well done @legolandhotel Dubai.

It's a nice family oriented hotel. Rooms are large enough for family of 5. The hotel offers multiple activities to keep children entertained. Only average part of the hotel is the building itself. They need to spend to get property maintenance. Restaurant also needs a new menu, because everyday it was same menu for breakfast and dinner.

The theme parks are amazing (LEGOLAND AND MOTION GATE , POLLYWOOD ) and very creative, which makes the kids excited all the time
The hotel concept is great, and the staff are very friendly.

the housekeeping was poor, where we had to ask for room cleaning every day.
Food trays are left by guests in the corridors but have not been removed by the housekeeping for about 24 hours, and you can imagine the smell.
The breakfast and dinner buffet are below average as well as the food quality.

Finally, at checkout, the recipient was only concerned about the room keys returned ???? but didn't ask me about our stay and opinion.☹️
