Very dissupointed with the manager ignorance of the Michael Kors shop in the Outlet Village. I visited the shop and brought the damaged shoes after few times wearing only. It was almost a year past after making the purchase of 1600aed but due to the covid and hot summer time I was not able to use the shoes much and in the same shop a sales assistant said that there is a year varienty for the leather and even if it will be almost one year passed and the leather damaged it will be replaced by Michael Kors. So I brought it and the only I have got is the sales Accistant Mazen told me on 2nd January that the shoes most probably won't be replaced because it's not a manufacturer defect and he gave my number to the manager which is so busy and can't contact me for 3rd days already. Its not a customer service I was expected to receive from Michael Kors Brand and The Outlet Village. And also the Michael Kors assistant Mazen told me that the replacements are done only in regular malls like mall of the Emirates and not in outlets which really dissapointed about the customer service of the Outlet Village where discounts are the same as in more populare malls like Mall of the Emirates which are by the way easier and more convinient to reach and with much much better customer service!!!

This store of Michael Kors is really good in the Outlet Village in Jebel Ali. Very decent prices

We both smart watches, seller didn't tell that this watches not connect with IOs when we came at home we was really disappointed... of course we diside to return it back... when we cane seller said that they can't refund it only exchange for another items... i know the Low! We have 14 days rule for refund! But they try to lied! We spend our lust day for rest in Dubai on this case... to go there and back instead of relaxing in the pool ! Because of unprofessional staff.. and they eventually try to lie... it was really upsetting... what about those people who don't know the low... they will be cheated by personal of this store ... its embarrassing.
